Without asking for any money, the HomeBank application will meet your various personal accounting needs. Or to put it in other words, this free application will help you keep track of your finances with the powerful yet easy to use functionality it has to offer. You will be able to better manage all your money and you won’t have to part with any to use it.

HomeBank provides support for multiple operating systems and for a variety of languages. You can install the application on Windows, Mac OS X, and various Linux-based operating systems. And you can install it in one of the numerous languages it supports – English, German, French, Italian, and more.

There are two panes on HomeBank’s interface: an “Accounts summary” at the top, and an “Upcoming automated transactions pane” at the bottom. Above these panes there’s a bar with buttons for different functions the HomeBank application can perform. It’s really a user friendly interface that will not pose a problem from an ease of use point of view.

When you launch HomeBank for the first time, you are presented with a Welcome dialog that asks you what you want to do. You can choose one of the following: Create a new wallet, Open an existing wallet, or Open the example file. You’re well advised to load the example file to get a better idea of what can be done with the HomeBank application. The simple explanation is that the application provides an easy way of managing your personal finances. If you have any problems with the application’s functionality, make sure you check the detailed Help file.

As mentioned above, HomeBank is a free application. Cons:
